Joseph Jaffe shares the story of Ryan Kuder, a [former] Yahoo employee who shared his last day in real-time on Twitter.

As more and more people claim that the Internet is keeping us from interacting with our fellow humans, this story is a great example of how the Internet, and Twitter specifically, gives us a raw and honest insight into a painful and all-too-common experience — being let go.

That Ryan could still interject some humor into his Twitterstream is a great testament to how he can make the best of a given situation. If you need someone like that at your company, why not scoop him up?
